Bhuna: More music with Forest: Jungle Collective and others!

Hi everyone!

This post was guest-written by Bhuna, enjoy 🙂

My second EP has been released!

Hi all, hope you’re all doing well! I’ve done three tracks for a compilation EP which has just come out! It has been released exclusively on BandCamp, it won’t be available for streaming anywhere else. The tracks I did were co-written, produced, recorded etc, with Forest: Jungle Collective (who has some music available here), Velocity Fuse and Sam Thompson. Because it was a collaboration, the music wasn’t made in my usual program: Sonic Pi.

Sonic Pi is pretty obscure, but I definitely recommend it. You can see more about Sonic Pi and download it here. The musical style is also completely different from what I usually do, I’ve played some guitar licks and riffs on all three of my tracks. There are some videos of me playing them on my social media – check them out!

The first of the three tracks I’ve done is called Skyline:

The next one is called Dropzone:

And the final one is called Sinisteria:

The EP as a whole has seven tracks, and I co-produced my three as well as the three tracks from Velocity Fuse. At least I don’t work too hard…

My alter-ego (Jade Black) noticed a weird timing coincidence with my first announcement. The Friday exactly three months after releasing the Listening to Life EP (find it here), I announced that the compilation EP was coming your way, and I also decided to make a track-listing pun using a picture from paraskygram.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy my music! You can get the EP here. I might just have to guest write again at some point…

Summary

That was a good post from Bhuna and I hope you enjoyed reading it 🙂 If you like music like me you should go and check out Bhuna’s social media at https://www.instagram.com/bhuna42/, https://www.facebook.com/bhuna21/, and https://twitter.com/Bhuna7.

You might remember me writing another post about Bhuna’s work before, which is this one about her first EP. Here’s the amazing artwork from it, which was self-made:

That’s it from us for the moment, but you will hear from me again soon, and as mentioned, perhaps from Bhuna again soon as well 🙂
